Sliding Scale Rates
Our rates are based on a sliding-scale rate schedule.* This means our clients’ exact rates will vary depending on their income and the size of their family or household. An example of our hourly rates is reflected in the chart below.
All clients are required to pay an advanced fee deposit, but the exact amount will vary depending on the nature of the case.
